The Florida Atlantic offense may have found another strength after the way tight ends Harrison Bryant and John Raine performed in Saturday’s victory against Middle Tennessee State.
They combined to catch 10 passes for 114 yards and a touchdown, helping the Owls to a 38-20 win in the Conference USA opener. It was easily their most productive game of the season.
“Last week the tight ends played really well,” FAU coach Lane Kiffin said. “They haven’t been getting the ball. These guys are making plays. When they do get the ball, they are tough to bring down.
