The Owls concluded their third practice in ‘shells’ on Tuesday, finishing their first week of fall training camp heading.
Offensive coordinator Charlie Frye, who’s going into his first season with the Owls after signing on in December, addressed the media and sounded confident about the progress the team has made since spring.
