Boca Raton — While there is a healthy quarterback competition for Florida Atlantic this spring, the quarterback that wins the starting job will have an experienced offensive line to line up behind.
The Owls return four starters on the offensive line from 2015. Having two seniors, Dillon DeBoer and Kelly Parfitt, and two juniors, Reggie Bain and Jakobi Smith, return to anchor the offensive line is significant to head coach Charlie Partridge
"It makes a huge difference for us," said Partridge. "It excites us and makes us feel good about being able to run the ball."
The lone starter not returning from 2015 is senior Mikingson Marsaille, who started all 12 games at left guard last fall, however, junior Antonyo Woods has had a superb spring and is in line to start this fall.
