BOCA RATON — Jalen Young has a message for any aspiring athlete, whether they’re a young fan or a teenager in Palm Beach County, who wants to model themselves after the senior Florida Atlantic safety.
“Be better than me,'” Young told The Post this spring. “Make your own name. That’s how I was brought up, like I don’t want to be nobody. I want to be myself. I want to be the best. When it’s said and done, I want my name to ring and be as high as it can be. For those guys that are coming out, I’d say surpass me.
