Florida Atlantic Athletic Director Pat Chun is set to be is set to be named to the same position at Washington State.
According to Brett McMurphy, Chun’s hire will be announced in a press conference Wednesday. He will take over in place of Bill Moos, who left Washington State back in October to take the athletic director position at Nebraska.
He was named Florida Atlantic’s athletic director on July, 2 2012 after 15 years at his alma mater Ohio State in several positions.
Under Chun, FAU’s programs have “set records in academic achievement, revenue generation and community outreach,” according to his biography on the Athletics department webpage.
