Major League Soccer has already approved three more expansion teams over the next two years with a 4th yet to be determined soon after. FC Cincinnati, with its massive USL crowds, is joining the league in 2019. Inter Miami and Nashville SC are set to being play in 2020.
What that means for FC Dallas is an MLS expansion draft for FC Cincinnati will take place shortly after the 2019 MLS Cup (December 8th), most likely on December 9th after a half-day trade window.
The rules should stay the same as the last few drafts.
