Some decent movement this week as we continue to settle out from the irregular schedule of June, although some teams really are who they are at this point. LAFC, San Jose and Portland are definitely consistently good, and Minnesota might be joining them soon.
On the other hand, there is some real disappointments as teams with better talent fell short of getting back on track and other teams just stinking things up.
