FC Dallas took on Real Salt Lake in an official scrimmage today in the Mini Sun Cup out in Tucson, Arizona, and came away a with a 2-1 win.
This game was billed by FC Dallas head coach Luchi Gonzalez as the probable final chance for some of his guys challenging for the opening day eleven to make a case for themselves. This was also a split game, two groups playing basically 45 minutes each.
Since this is a "last shot of the spring" kind of game, I'm going to do this breakdown a little differently today and give you a 'players that helped themselves' and a 'players who didn't' list down below.
