FRISCO -- So much has changed since Halloween night in 2018 when FC Dallas crashed out of the MLS playoffs.
There's a new coach who has brought in new ideas and is working in implementing his style of play. There are new starters, some of whom came from outside the organization and others who are taking on more responsibility than ever.
And the Timbers? The team that beat FCD 2-1 on a pair of goals from Diego Valeri to kickstart a run to the MLS Cup final? Well, suddenly they can't buy a win. They come into Saturday's contest against FCD on a four-match losing streak having drawn their first match of the season and fallen the next four times.
