Aidan Goodman and Daniel Hunter scored for the Jaguars as they defeated Comal Canyon Lake 2-1 Wednesday in a Class 4A semifinal at Birkelbach Field in Georgetown.
Trailing 1-0 after Josh Sczech scored for the Hawks (19-6-2) in the 22nd minute, Heritage (25-6-1) tied the game on Goodman's phenomenal shot from the corner of the box in the 31st minute, then took the lead when Hunter ran onto a long ball into the box and finished it in the 53rd.
