Jesus Ferreira added to MLS Homegrown Game roster

Major League Soccer announced on Monday morning that FC Dallas Homegrown forward Jesus Ferreira has been added to the MLS Homegrown Game roster.

Ferreira will be replacing fellow FCD Homegrown Reggie Cannon in the game.

The 17-year old Ferreira has one goal in just 22 minutes of MLS action. The forward made his 2018 debut in a 3-1 win vs. Chicago at Toyota Stadium on July 14. He has been in the top 18 for FC Dallas in three of the Western Conference leader’s last five matches.

Homegrown Team coach Tony Annan will lead the MLS Homegrown Team against Liga MX youth champions Tigres Under 20 team at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Training Ground tomorrow evening (game to be streamed on Twitter).
