Major League Soccer's reigning Coach of the Year is sticking around in Frisco.
FC Dallas and head coach Oscar Pareja have agreed to a long-term contract extension, club chairman and CEO Clark Hunt announced Thursday.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, per team policy.
Pareja was tabbed the MLS' top coach in 2016 after leading FCD to a domestic double -- a U.S. Open Cup victory and the Supporters' Shield, the club's first regular-season title.
"We are excited to ensure Oscar will be our head coach for many years to come," Hunt said in a statement.
