According to FC Dallas, Ghanaian winger Francis Atuahene underwent successful surgery today to repair a ruptured pectoral muscle suffered last week in Frisco. Atuahene is expected to fully recover in four-to-six months.

The 4th overall 2018 MLS SuperDraft pick out of the University of Michigan, Atuahene signed as a Generation adidas player prior to being picked.

Unfortunately, Atuahene didn't play in any MLS games for FC Dallas last season as he struggled with injuries. First, the winger missed a bunch of time early in 2018 after fracturing his arm in a preseason scrimmage.
