FC Dallas has entered into the free agency market in Major League Soccer with a big splash today as they sign former Real Salt Lake midfielder Javier Morales.
Morales left RSL following the 2016 season to become a free agent in the league’s free agent set up. Morales had been a key player in the RSL system, guiding them to a MLS Cup title in 2010 and a CONCACAF Champions League runner-up in 2011.
Morales played 10 seasons in Salt Lake, appearing in 240 games (starting 219 of them). He scored 49 goals in those 10 seasons and added in 81 assists.
