After acquiring the number one pick in Stage One of the Re-Entry Draft from Chicago Fire, FC Dallas selected former Portland Timbers forward, Maximiliano Urruti, adding some more South American flair.
After declining David Texiera's option and letting Blas Perez's contract expire, forward is obviously a need for Dallas during the offseason.
Urruti joined Major League Soccer in 2013, signing with Toronto FC, and quickly being dealt to Portland. In 67 appearances in MLS, the Argentine has scored 15 goals and notched 5 assists.
Urruti has been a thorn in FCD's side.
