FC Dallas training. (7-18-18)
Temps are in the low 80s when training begins at 7:45 this morning. Quite a bit of heavy air and haze, which makes it super muggy. Temps up to about mid-90s at the end of the session.
FCD head coach Oscar Pareja was really animated today. He went off at one point. I don't speak Spanish so I can't tell you what he said. I did hear the phrase "no work, no win" repeated though. Afterward, Pareja said he was trying to raise the intensity of the training to game level, citing the desire for game type conditions and effort.
