Former FC Dallas player, academy director, and head coach Oscar Pareja will be making his return to Toyota Stadium on Sunday for the first time on the opposing sideline.
Pareja's new side, Club Tijuana, is preparing for the Liga MX Apertura with a series of friendlies, before its first match of the season against Puebla on July 19. Xolos finished 8th in the Liga MX Clausura season, falling in the quarterfinals of the Liguilla playoffs to eventual finalist Leon.
However, FC Dallas is in the midst of its season, finishing a run of five matches in 15 days.
