The fourth time is the charm for FC Dallas against Nashville SC, as they won 1-0 on Wednesday night.
Ryan Hollingshead scored the game’s lone goal in the 19th minute off a wonderful ball from Jesus Ferreira in the midfield. Hollingshead was starting at the left wing in place of an injured Fafa Picault and the veteran utility man scored his fourth game-winning goal of the season in the process.
Dallas nearly doubled the lead two minutes later, with Michael Barrios serving up a perfect pass that Ricardo Pepi headed towards goal, but Nashville keeper Joe Willis made the save.
