The 40th Anniversary Dallas Cup concluded on Sunday crowning their final six champions after the initial four were crowned on Saturday. Among the ten champions crowned were two local sides, FC Dallas and Dallas Kicks SC. Tigres and Toronto FC won two titles each.
Gordon Jago Super Group Championship
Championship Sunday was highlighted by the Gordon Jago Super Group final between La Liga's Villarreal CF and defending Super Group champions Tigres.
Villarreal CF and Tigres both created chances in the opposing zone for the bulk of the first half. The match remained scoreless, however, until the 41st minute.
