FC Dallas kept up the preseason action in Tucson today with a reserve side scrimmage against Portland Timbers. The game consisted of two 30 minute halves and Portland netted the game-winning goal about a minute before the game ended.
The game was originally scheduled to take place at the Kino Sports Complex on the field assigned to FCD for training. However, the fields at the complex were flooded this morning as it's been raining on and off here since I arrived. Instead, FCD and Portland found a fairly nice game field in a suburban park on the north side of town.
