FRISCO -- With two matches left in the MLS regular season, the math can get a little complicated as teams try to figure out what they need to happen to get their preferred playoff seed - or get into the postseason at all.
FC Dallas knows it will be playing on and now has its sights set on finishing atop the Western Conference. With a one point lead atop the table, FCD isn't doing any calculations ahead of Sunday's showdown with second-place Sporting Kansas City.
"I think it's quite simple. It's the final of the conference, so we're going to approach it like that," center back Reto Ziegler said.
