A spring offer from Notre Dame may have contributed to four-star defensive athlete Rahyme Johnson backing off his commitment to UCLA in May.
Regardless, the 6-foot-4, 210-pounder from Los Angeles has tentatively scheduled an official visit to South Bend on Oct. 15 when the Irish host Stanford.
“They just want me to come take a visit up there because you can hear a lot about it but until you see it, it doesn't compare to what people tell you,” Johnson said.
