Former WR Prosise 4th RB drafted

His 50-yard TD run in the Music City Bowl was a foreshadowing. Prosise rushed for more than 1,000 yards with 11 TDs in ’15 despite injuries the second half of the season.

From nondescript wide receiver to one of the top four running backs in the 2016 NFL draft.

It’s been a whirlwind transformation for former Notre Dame safety/wide receiver/running back C.J. Prosise, who continued his ascent Friday night when he was chosen with the 27th pick of the third round by the Seattle Seahawks.

Prosise was the 90th overall selection and the fifth Notre Dame player drafted in the first two days.
