Doug Whaley and Rex Ryan must have been thrilled to see the top passer in the draft fall all the way to them at 19 overall. Lawson is the ideal candidate to replace the role Mario Williams had in Rex Ryan's defense last season. Lawson finished 2015 with 12.5 sacks and led the nation with 25.
