There were some surprising individual performances in Week 10 of the NFL season, but it hasn't left many great options to pick up in fantasy football.
Jeremy Langford and Charcandrick West should be added in all leagues, although in most cases, they are already on teams. Michael Floyd certainly can have a big role going forward, but he picked up a hamstring injury late Sunday night. He is also already owned in 60.5 percent of ESPN leagues.
This leaves few options that you must have, but if you need help, here are some quality additions available on the waiver wire in more than 50 percent of leagues on ESPN.
