2015 was supposed to be Steve Smith’s final NFL season at the age of 36 years old. He exploded out of the gate just like you expect a fiery up Steve Smith to do, although, calling Smith fiery may be a bit redundant and an understatement. Through seven games, he had surpassed 100 yards three times with games of 137, 150 and 186 yards. He also had multiple double-digit catch games and three touchdowns. His stat line at that point was 46 receptions, 670 yards, and three touchdowns, which comes out to just under 96 yards per game and over 100 catches and seven TDs if averaged out over 16 games.
