Houston Texans wide receiver Cecil Shorts is doubtfull for Thursday night's game with a dislocated shoulder. State of the Texans' Patrick Starr says Shorts is "more than likely will be ruled OUT for Thursday's game with a dislocated shoulder." He also added that rookie Keith Mumphery would likely fill Short's role in the slot "unless some roster moves are made within the next day."
