New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram will undergo surgery on his shoulder Thursday. This is not the same injury he had previously suffered. Week 10, Ingram sprained his AC joint and played through it. However, last week he tore is rotator cuff and it will have to be surgically repaired.
Fantasy Analysis:
This surgery should not impact him for next season, he should be ready to roll for OTAs. However, it's another significant injury adding to his injury prone reputation. That has to be taken into consideration when drafting him. Still, he'll likely be an RB2 next draft season.
