The Baltimore Ravens have promoted running back Terrance West from their practice squad. He has already been on both the Cleveland Browns and Tennessee Titans roster this year. Both teams have moved on from him.
Fantasy Analysis:
West is a guy we were high on last season entering the NFL Draft. He showed flashes as a rookie too. However, things never really worked out in Cleveland. A lot of that seemed to have to do with his relationship with head coach Mike Pettine. Things didn't work out in Tennessee for whatever reason too. While things aren't looking good for West, it's not time to throw dirt on him yet.
