The Raiders have a lot riding on their second-year quarterback Derek Carr. He has been extremely limited with a ring finger injury on his throwing hand. He has now been cleared for next week's minicamp. He still likely will not be at full strength, however, he is expected to be 100 percent for training camp and will be participating in all drills.
Fantasy Analysis:
This is encouraging news for Carr. Not too long ago there was concern he could miss an extended period of time due to a potential surgery. He is currently the QB18 according to his ADP.
