The Rams will undoubtedly take a quarterback here. You just can't justify giving up all those draft picks otherwise. The rumor is they'll taking Goff, but you shouldn't believe anything you hear from now until the draft from any team. I personally believe Wentz is not the best QB in this draft, nevertheless, he is viewed as having the most upside, which is what the Rams should be looking for.
The Eagles have publicly stated they will draft a QB here. With Wentz gone, Goff is their man.
Ramsey is the best player in this draft and the Chargers have holes to fill in their secondary.
