The Pittsburgh Steelers' injury-riddled 2015 campaign continued Sunday, as Ben Roethlisberger left in the fourth quarter of their game with the Oakland Raiders with a left foot injury. Team spokesperson Burt Lauten tweeted Roethlisberger was leaving Heinz Field to undergo an evaluation.
Landry Jones took over at quarterback.
Roethlisberger, 33, missed four games earlier this season due to a knee injury. Jones and Michael Vick split the duties while he was out, with neither inspiring all that much confidence. Jones was solid replacing an injured Vick in an Oct. 18 win over the Arizona Cardinals but struggled in his lone start against the Chiefs, tossing two interceptions in a 23-13 loss.
