New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz has been ruled out for Week 5. Cruz is still dealing with a calf injury and there is no timetable for his return. He was never really expected to suit up this week. He will be reevaluated next week. One he is healthy, he's expected to slide into the slot.
Fantasy Analysis:
This situation probably isn't going to get any better for Cruz. It's unfortunate but extremely rare players bounce back from the knee injury he suffered. While he's out, Dwayne Harris is expected to man the slot and continue to see increased opportunities.
