Giants star wideout Odell Beckham Jr. was offered a contract by the Rockland Boulders of the Can-Am professional baseball league. The team saw him pitch in a celebrity softball game and "was very impressed" with his mechanics. Combine that with his athleticism and excellent hands, they want to give Beckham a shot to be a multi-sport athlete. Boulders general manager Shawn Reilly sent out an email regarding the offer: "It's apparent that Odell is a very gifted athlete regardless of his sport. We think that getting experience pitching to professional hitters will give him the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Deon Sanders and Bo Jackson.
