Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker had a procedure on his foot this summer, which cost him all of training camp. His offensive coordinator Bill Lazor does not believe Parker has been healthy at any point in the season. "When DeVante was healthy in the spring, we had great confidence in his ability to contribute this year," Lazor said. "I don't know if we've seen him as healthy [any time] this year. Probably not."
