As expected, the Dolphins put first-round pick DeVante Parker on the active/PUP list. Parker underwent a procedure on his foot last month to replace a screw in his surgically repaired foot. He is still expected to be ready when the Dolphins kick off Week 1.
Fantasy Analysis:
Parker is an elite talent and has more upside than any rookie receiver in his class. As long as he's ready for Week 1, which he is fully expected to be, he has great value. He is currently being drafted as the WR35. The talented rookie has a great chance to badly outperform his current ADP.
