Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker has been a major disappointment this season. He underwent foot surgery early in the summer and never really bounced back. However, the first-round picks talent is undeniable and he is expected to get his shot to prove it this week. With Rishard Matthews sidelined with broken ribs, Parker is expected to draw the start.

Parker has all the talent to be a star, he just needs a boost of confidence and to put it all together. He is undoubtedly more gifted than Kenny Stills and an old Greg Jennings .
