Redskins Wide Receiver Pierre Garcon Sues FanDuel (Update 11/2)
Pierre Garcon has filed a class-action lawsuit against FanDuel. The lawsuit states that FanDuel has appropriated his name, likeness and image without consent. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland on Friday. The lawsuit was announced by Garcon’s agent Brad Cicala. A statement says the lawsuit was filed on behalf of "all NFL players whose names and likenesses have been misappropriated" by FanDuel and invites other players to join the litigation.
