The San Diego Chargers have released wide receiver Jacoby Jones. Jones is a deep threat and return specialist. He has been a major disappointment this season. Clearly they just wanted to rid themselves of him if this comes on the heels of Keenan Allen being placed on season-ending injured reserve.
Fantasy Analysis:
The Chargers are now very short-handed with their pass-catchers. Allen and Jones are both gone, also, Antonio Gates and Ladarius Green are both injured. Branden Oliver's season is also on I.R. The moral of the story is the Chargers offense is really banged up.
