Cardinals' tight end Troy Niklas has a real shot to be the team's top TE. After the unexpected retirement of John Carlson, Niklas was thrusted into a larger role. Unfortunately he suffered a high-ankle sprain last season, which required surgery. He once again rolled that same ankle and will be forced to undergo another procedure on the ankle. He is still expected to be ready for training camp.
Fantasy Analysis:
Although he's expected to be ready for training camp, this has to be very concerning. The Cards have not been able to make a tight end relevant in quite a while.
