Cleveland Browns wide receiver Dwayne Bowe is expected to be inactive today. It is not expected to be due to a hamstring injury. This inactive will likely be a coach's decision. He has fallen to the third-team offense this summer. Andrew Hawkins and Brian Hartline are expected to start.
Fantasy Analysis:
Bowe likely isn't going to play and if he does, he probably won't have an impact. Hopefully you didn't draft Bowe. His lack of production and diminished skill, combined with a terrible situation should have been enough to make you avoid him.
