Cleveland Browns wide receiver Andrew Hawkins has been ruled out for Week 15. He's been sidelined since suffering his second concussion in less than two weeks Week 10.
Fantasy Analysis:
It's not likely Hawkins returns this season. At this point, you have to become concerned about Hawkins long-term future. The Browns could have really used Hawkins down the stretch to help them stay competitive.
