Cleveland Browns quarterback Josh McCown is currently dealing with a rib injury, which sidelined him Week 9. Speculation has been swirling that Johnny Manziel may have taken over as the starter. However, head coach Mike Pettine says that is not the case. He says if McCown is healthy and ready to go, he will be the starter.
