Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel will start Thursday night. Josh McCown has been ruled out and Manziel has been announced as the starter.
Fantasy Analysis:
Manziel is starting but is not a viable option this week. He will likely be one of the worst Fantasy quarterbacks in the league this week. The Bengals are a very tough defense and Manziel isn't a very good option about bad defenses. So starting him on a short week against the undefeated Bengals will more than likely be poor decision.
