Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel will likely be the starter Week 10. However, head coach Mike Pettine has said that if Josh McCown is active, he will be the starter.

Manziel is not a safe Fantasy option. There is upside, but the reward probably isn't worth the risk. However, he did say things are slowing down for him and he's definitely shown improvement. "I get with the guys, every game, every game-speed rep... I felt things starting to slow down more and more and seeing guys here and there," Manziel said.
