Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams has been out since suffering a concussion Week 4. He will be inactive once again Week 7. Williams did not make the trip to London and has already been ruled out. This concussion has become a major concern. These things are tricky and there is no timetable for his return. Concussions have to be handled on a case-by-case basis.
