Bears wide receiver Eddie Royal was expected to play primarily out of the slot. Now that first-round pick Kevin White will miss a minimum of six games, Royal may play outside more as well. He says he is learning the whole playbook because he knows his role has expanded. I've been trying to learn the whole system just so if anything happens that I'll be able to step in and play wherever," Royal said. "We've got a number of guys that are doing that."
