San Francisco 49ers running back Mike Davis was slated to be the top back after Reggie Bush went down. Unfortunately he broke his hand not long after. That leaves the 49ers with just Kendall Gaskins at running back. If Carlos Hyde isn't back immediately, Gaskins is the projected starter. Davis is week to week.
Fantasy Analysis:
This is a really tough break for Davis. He would have been a big time waiver wire add this week if healthy. A bad season just continues to get worse for the 9ers.
