San Francisco 49ers running back Carlos Hyde has finally been placed on injured reserve. It was reported weeks ago that he was being placed on I.R. but this dragged on. He has been sidelined since Week 7 with a stress fracture in his foot.
Fantasy Analysis:
We have been saying his season was over since he was initially diagnosed with the injury. This was inevitable and it's unclear why they waited so long. Even if he could possibly play, why would you risk it at this point? He is still a valuable dynasty asset.
