What do Walter Payton, Hershel Walker, Barry Sanders and Emmitt Smith all have in common? I’ll tell you; they’re great running backs. How did they become great? They used their speed and footwork to help propel them ahead. Green Bay Packers running back Ty Montgomery recognizes his weakness and wants to go from being a good running back to a great running back.
Of course Montgomery cannot be named in the same breath of the aforementioned, but it’s great to see him work on his game. He enlisted the help of Rischad Whitfield, or better known as the “Footwork King”.
